Our reporter, Feng Jinchao, takes another look at what some of the members discussed during their sessions.
After 10 packed days, China's top political advisory body has concluded its annual session. Walking out of the Great Hall of People, many CPPCC members said their important concerns were fully raised during the session.
CPPCC member Nima Zeren said: "I am a painter. So I'm very much concerned about art reform. This is a good time for Chinese art to go out to the world. Reform is very important."
All of the CPPCC advisors have their own special political concerns. Among them, macro-economic control, social security, environmental protection, and work safety. But this time, members shared one common, overriding concern.
CPPCC member Wang Shuping said: "All of us care most about the establishment of the Socialist New Countryside. This includes rural development, rural employment and more. This is a critical strategy for our country."
Their concerns also cover the 11th Five-Year Program with the aim to achieve more balanced and sustainable social and economic development.
